Sticker action is the discussion - what is the worth (value) of the painting

Why the picture on canvas is considered art and the same picture on sticky tape has no value?

Why the medium on which the picture is presented decides on it's worth?

Why don't we rate the visual art in itself?

We stick up our paintings printed on foil and later we destroy them taking them down - it is only foil..!
